I took this while waiting for the Sun to set behind me. The sunset turned out to be pretty average, but I quite like the lighting in this. I used HDR to bring out the tones.

Sunrise picture of the Superstition Mountains taken with my Nikon D40 the morning I left home to drive across the country. I used photoshop to get a few dust flecks off the image but other than that no editing was done.

Taken at sunset at Pismo Beach, California in July, 2007. It was foggy and cloudy the rest of my trip so I got lucky that day!

The Sandilands Provincial Forest is a huge forest that is all around where I live. I have only barely explored it and plan to continue to find breathtakingly scenic spots.
