It is unfortunate that with global warming there is less glacier covering the mountain sides than there would have been 20 years ago...

No such place as Glacier Canyon Park. This is simply the Inyo National Forest lands immediately adjacent to the east gate (Tioga Pass) of Yosemite National Park.
